The QuickStart Wizard walks you through all of the major aspects of building an online storefont, including adding products, configuring shipping and sales tax, and setting-up secure payment processing.  When you’ve completed the Wizard you will be ready to launch your Web storefront.

Customer Registration

Just like the major retailers’ web stores, your shoppers can create a custom profile and register with your storefront.  When they return, they can login and the storefront will greet them by name!  It will also streamline the ordering process, which results in more sales and more repeat customers.  After placing their orders, shoppers can check on the status of a pending order and also see their order history.  This allows you to build an on-going relationship with your customers, and offer a personalized shopping experience.

Discounting and Online Coupons

Everyone likes getting a deal, and PowerSoftCart makes it easy for you to offer specialized merchandising options to your customers.  You can create special discounts on products using a % or $ basis.  You can even specify when the discount begins and ends, and the storefront will automatically offer the discounts during the times that you specify.  You can also offer promotional coupons to customers, which they can use during the checkout process.  Again, coupons can be based on a % or a $ amount, and they are also time-based. 

Order Manager

The Order Manager lets you view and manage the status of completed orders.  For example, you can mark orders as pending, shipped, paid, completed, or rejected, and the shopper is automatically notified at each step of the way.  The Order Manager unifies orders that are received directly from your web storefront, and also orders that are received from eBay (using the Marketplace Manager for eBay).  The Order Manager also includes extensive and powerful reporting capabilities, so you can determine which items are selling and optimize your storefront accordingly.
